Santa Clara - 11/10/2008 - Macrovision Solutions Corporation (NASDAQ: MVSN) today announced that it has signed an agreement with KADOKAWA THE TELEVISION Co., Ltd. (THE TELEVISION) for use of Macrovision’s Syndicated G-GUIDE®. THE TELEVISION will use Syndicated G-GUIDE on its web portal and will be launching a new version early next year.

Macrovision’s Syndicated G-GUIDE technology is designed for web portals in Japan. The product delivers digital program data, including titles, broadcast date and time, cast and descriptors for each of the programs, in a guide format that can be easily viewed on a website. The Syndicated G-GUIDE allows viewers to quickly search for programs by categories and on-screen personalities, view eight-days of program listings, as well as remain continually updated on program schedules as they may change due to continuation of a sports program and/or emergency news.
