Macrovision provides specific submission instructions for the certification of consumer electronics (CE) products.
Certify
Once a license has been obtained from Macrovision for a consumer electronics (CE) product, the products must be tested and certified prior to retail shipment. Please review all of the instructions for certification submission prior to beginning the submission process.
To schedule a test, you must submit the completed product submission information form 30 days before you plan to submit your product for testing. Send the form to DVD-TEST@macrovision.com or fax the form to 408-567-1804 (or 408-567-1800 in case of problems).
Request for Review
Download and complete the product Request for Review form to request approval of new models using the same solution as a previously certified model.
Please review the instructions for additional details.
If your new model(s) uses the same Solution as a previously-certified model, fill out the Request for Review form, sign at the bottom, and email to DVD-TEST@macrovision.com or fax to 408-567-1804 (or 408-567-1800 in case of problems).
